LeBron James always has his teammates' backs. The Los Angeles Lakers frontman showed exactly that for his teammate Dwight Howard – particularly on his NBA Top 75 snub.

While the issue has been forgotten a bit, LeBron James still backed Dwight Howard by reacting to a tweet in claiming that the Lakers center was snubbed. King James needed no words, simply using an emoji of a fax machine to show his support.

However, including a player like Dwight Howard means that someone must be excluded from the list. It just so happens that one of the most polarizing figures who made the NBA Top 75 was fellow Lakers big man Anthony Davis.

During the time of the announcement, there was a ton of clamor for AD not to make the list, with various voices actively saying he shouldn't have made it specifically for Dwight Howard.

“You’re trying to tell me if Anthony Davis was to retire right now he has a better career than Dwight Howard? No way,” touted NBA Hall of Famer turned NBA analyst Tracy McGrady, himself a snub.

Sadly Dwight and AD can't both make it, LeBron. While there are other names that you could potentially remove from the list to make space for Dwight Howard, it's tough making a shortlist that doesn't include the oft-injured Lakers star.
