Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James signed a big deal with PepsiCo this year after leaving Coca-Cola, and he just dropped a new commercial in which he's shilling Mtn Dew Rise Energy.

In the ad, LeBron acts out an alternate reality of his life where he's doing a bunch of random things instead of being one of the best basketball players of all time and a savvy businessman. In one scene, James can be seen getting his groove on in a salsa dance class.

Behold, Salsa King:

Not going to lie, but LeBron was looking pretty good with those salsa moves. And that outfit is just pure hilarity on him. I'd probably pay a decent amount of money to see LeBron lead a salsa class. You got me, Mtn Dew, maybe I'll even try this new drink of yours and ruin my body.

Of course, LeBron James isn't a salsa dance instructor and is in fact the best basketball player on the planet. Lakers fans are waiting patiently for The King to return to his court as he continues to recover from an ankle issue. The hope is James will be back for Saturday's game against the Indiana Pacers.

The Lakers still could find themselves in the 7-8 play-in game. They're currently a game behind the fifth-seeded Dallas Mavericks and half a game behind the sixth-seeded Portland Trail Blazers.

Perhaps some Mtn Dew Rise Energy will help LeBron James get back on the court faster.
