Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James returned to Miami to play the Heat Sunday night.

He played for the Heat from 2010-2014. It has been four years since he left the Heat to join the Cleveland Cavaliers, but he still remembers his handshake with an assistant coach.

Reddit user TooShiftyForYou posted the video. We know James is very smart and can call out opponents plays before they happen on the court. But now we know, off the court, he remembers doing handshakes with former assistant coaches.

To remember a handshake from your former assistant coach, when you have to remember your teammates' handshakes is pretty good.

James, in his return to Miami, he had 51 points, (19-for-31 from the field and 6-for-8 from three), eight rebounds, three assists, two steals and a block.

This is his 12th 5o-point game of his career.

On the season, James is averaging 28.8 points, 7.7 rebounds, 6.9 assists and 0.9 blocks per game. He is shooting 52 percent from the field and 39.6 percent from three.

This was James first visit to Miami since signing with the Lakers this summer.
