Retired NBA tough guy Matt Barnes has definitely got jokes. The 39-year-old recently took aim at Los Angeles Lakers duo LeBron James and Alex Caruso. According to Barnes, LeBron ought to help his teammate out by giving him an endorsement to his own hair guy:

James' hairline is probably one of the most popular physical features of any NBA player in the past decade or so. After noticeably receding through the years, LeBron was somehow able to bring his nearly extinct hairline back to its old glory. Obviously, there were some scientific enhancements involved here, and as Barnes said, James should hook Caruso up.

For his part, Caruso's balding head has become somewhat of a trademark for the 6-foot-5 guard. However, what may come as a surprise for some is the fact that he is just in his third year in the league, and also just turned 25 last October. This “old man” image also adds to the shock factor whenever the former Texas A&M standout shows off his very impressive hops whenever he goes up for a highlight-reel dunk.

What Barnes is saying here does make some sense, though, as some sort of hair implants to improve his physical appearance could do wonders. On the basketball court, Caruso has been asked to fulfill an important bench role in Lakers head coach Frank Vogel's rotation, with the point guard averaging 5.4 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.1 steals in 20.1 minutes per game.
