When getting a new haircut, hairstyle, or hair color, the last thing you want is for it to cause you to be the butt of any jokes. But, when you are on national television every week, your hair choices are illuminated a little bit more. That is something former Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma had to learn in his time in Los Angeles, and something that current Lakers guard Talen Horton-Tucker (THT) probably learned on Tuesday as well.

Aside from having a terrible game against the Knicks in which he failed to score a single point in almost 29 minutes of playing time, the Lakers dropped yet another game without Lebron James and Horton-Tucker also had to deal with being roasted for the length of his braids on Twitter by another former Laker, Matt Barnes.

Barnes is clearly not impressed with the length of Horton-Tucker's braids, as they gave off very “Demar Derozan in San Antonio” vibes. Tucker might have to change the look up a bit before the Lakers' next game to avoid being roasted again– unless his plan is to draw attention away from his sub-optimal play with his hairstyle. If he is doing that, then, well… it's working.

Up next for Horton-Tucker and his “baby braids” is a road matchup against the Indiana Pacers. That game is set to be the return to the court for Lebron James following his one-game suspension for striking Detroit Pistons big-man Isaiah Stewart in the face in a game on Sunday.
