Despite their struggles, the Los Angeles Lakers aren't expected to make many moves at the 2022 NBA Trade Deadline. However, Rob Pelinka hasn't shied away from making calls to see what's out there. While Kendrick Nunn and Talen Horton-Tucker are about the only players on the roster with huge trade value because of their age and upside, the Lakers have also made inquiries to see if anyone in the market is interested in DeAndre Jordan and Kent Bazemore.

Well, now you can add Dwight Howard to that list. In his third stint with LA, it's possible we could see him leave the Lakers once again.

The Lakers have little trade flexibility, but that hasn't stopped Los Angeles from exploring various potential deals. Rob Pelinka's front office has only Talen Horton-Tucker and Kendrick Nunn as non-minimum players with tangible trade value, and that combination won't be nearly enough to land Grant or Turner. But the Lakers have called rival teams to assess the trade value of DeAndre Jordan, Dwight Howard and Kent Bazemore, sources said.

As noted by BR, the Lakers are eyeing Pistons star Jerami Grant and Pacers big man Myles Turner, two promising players who are expected to be moved at the deadline. But, many other teams are also keen on the Eastern Conference duo.  Howard meanwhile, wouldn't likely get LA much in return if he did get traded.

The veteran has been rather non-existent this season, averaging just 5.2 points and 5.5 rebounds in 14.7 minutes per night. He can still be a respectable force in the paint, but his contributions are limited in his latter years.
