Throughout the past few months, LaVar Ball has not been shy of showing everyone what he’ll do for his sons. Despite the outrage he received for the absurd comments he made before, he’s still successful in getting a lot of attention to his family, and even got what he wanted when Lonzo Ball was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers with the second overall pick in last month’s draft.
A video recently surfaced though, where instead of giving high praise for his youngest son LaMelo, he ripped him apart together with his whole AAU team for the poor performance they had. He even singled out his son for his selfishness in their game, not acting like a leader, and being the weakest link on defense.

As surprising as it may seem, the older Ball is proving that he will not give credit to any of his boys if they don’t deserve it. He also did not give any special treatment to LaMelo, as he wants him to improve further and follow the footsteps of his eldest son.
There may be a lot of negative comments made against the CEO of Big Baller Brand in the past, but this video shows how much of a competitor he is, and that he will not settle for mediocrity, whether it may be his sons, or his whole AAU team.
