The Detroit Lions starting quarterback, Jared Goff, made some comments about his injury status. The Lions are set to face off against the Chicago Bears for a Thanksgiving Showdown on Thursday.

The Lions are 0-9-1 on the season. They might have their best chance of picking up a win this Thursday as they are taking on a struggling Bears team who is 3-7 on the year. The Bears will also be without starting quarterback Justin Fields and will have Andy Dalton running the ship against the Lions.

When asked about how he felt, Jared Goff had this to say,

“Yeah, feel good. Better every day. You know, we'll see. I don't know what he has said but I probably categorize it as a game-day decision. Feel good, feel really good.”

Despite Jared Goff playing the worst football that he has in his career, this is still good news for the Lions. Whether if fans like him or not, he is still better than Tim Boyle.

Hopefully, for the Lions, Jared Goff can come out playing as he has before coming to Detroit. They have played some decent football as of late that have resulted in a tie against a good Pittsburgh Steelers team and a three-point loss against a good Cleveland Browns team.

This will be an interesting matchup as both teams are two of the worst in football. This could be the first time that the Lions pick up a win this season.
