Orlando Magic forward Aaron Gordon now appears to be stepping back on his recent attempt to take a dig at Miami Heat icon.Dwyane Wade.

After releasing an all-out diss track aimed at Wade on Sunday, Gordon is now denying any ill will against the retired three-time champ. The Magic dunk maestro claimed that his diss track wasn't even deep and that he was just having fun expressing himself.

This is somewhat surprising from Aaron Gordon though, especially after trying to provoke Dwyane Wade by dissing him on his latest rap single. After Wade refused to engage, the Magic forward seems to be trying to diffuse the situation by saying that there is no beef between them. The lyrics of his song implies otherwise, though.

Wade obviously has no beef with Gordon, but it is hard say the same for the Magic forward-turned-rapper.

To try and make amends, Gordon also did a shout out to Wade's wine business. According to Gordon, he rates Wade's wine as 10-out-of-10, which is a bit of a self-defamation move by the Magic stud.

The diss track's title is actually “9 OUT OF 10,” which references the score Wade gave Gordon in the final round of the All-Star Dunk Contest in February. That cost Gordon the title, which conveniently went to Wade's former teammate Derrick Jones Jr.

Everyone probably knows the conspiracy theories about that particular act by Wade, and more than a few folks believe that he effectively robbed Gordon of another Dunk Contest title. Apparently, no one so strongly believes this notion more than Gordon himself. No beef, though.
