Orlando Magic forward Jonathan Isaac is looking forward to the upcoming 2019-20 NBA season because he feels that they will have a lot to offer to their fans.

In an interview with Young Kings Sports, Isaac said that the Magic are looking to make some noise next season. He believes that with the way they ended last season, they will have more confidence this year, which will be their second season under head coach Steve Clifford.

“Be excited,” Isaac told Magic fans. “We're excited, excited how we finish the year last year. Just a point to take it to a new level next year, so be excited. We're excited to play.”

Orlando had a strong finish in the 2018-19 regular season. They won in 11 of their final 13 regular-season games, which was enough for them to secure the seventh spot in the Eastern Conference standings.

They also won Game 1 of their first-round playoff series against the Toronto Raptors. However, the Raptors swept the next four games, and eventually won the title with an upset against the Golden State Warriors in the 2019 NBA Finals in six games.

As for Isaac, there will be higher expectations, as he is coming off a promising season. He started in 64 of the 75 games he played in, where he averaged 9.6 points on top of 5.5 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game. His performance did not go unnoticed, as he was named to the USA Select Team for the FIBA World Cup training camp this summer.
