Manu Ginobili is coming back to the Spurs for his 15th season in San Antonio.
After announcing last week that he would not yet retire, Ginobili then revealed he would field offers from teams around the league despite having played his entire career with the Spurs. He ultimately decided not to leave the franchise, announced in a tweet early Thursday morning.
Happy to tell you guys that I'll be coming back to the Spurs for another season. #backhome

Recent reports point to Ginobili's longtime Spurs teammate Tim Duncan heavily considering retirement. Duncan, combined with Ginobili and Tony Parker, have largely been the face of the Spurs franchise for many years. With Kawhi Leonard‘s emergence, last year's acquisition of LaMarcus Aldridge and recently signed veteran center Pau Gasol, the team seems to be moving into a new era sooner rather than later.
