Marc Gasol and the Memphis Grizzlies had a very disappointing end to their season. Many injuries piled on that left the team playing in the playoffs with too many players who hadn't been there before. Marc's absence made a big difference.

Whether the end to last season had anything to do with it or not, Gasol decided to change agents this offseason, according to Liz Mullen of the SportsBusiness Journal. Gasol has now signed with Octagon Sports and will be represented by Alex Saratsis.

Marc Gasol isn't due a new contract until 2020, as he signed a five-year deal worth $113 million just last season. The timing is a little odd because of this, but Gasol surely had his own personal reasons.

Marc now joins Giannis Antetokounmpo and Stephen Curry (among others) who are now represented by the Octagon Sports Agency.
