Luka Doncic, Wonder Boy of the Dallas Mavericks, produced a staggering feat in his team’s blowout victory against the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night, according to ESPN’s Tim McMahon.

That’s right, the Slovenian phenom, who is still only 20 years old, is producing heretofore unseen numbers in his second season in the NBA, after a nearly unanimous Rookie of the Year performance in his first season.

As perhaps the single most decorated European prospect ever, Doncic has certainly lived up to that and became the fastest player ever with a 35-point triple-double – performing the feat in under 25 minutes against an extraordinarily shorthanded Golden State Warriors team.

The Mavericks ended up winning the game by a whopping 48 points, 142 to 94, and the Warriors only ended up playing an eight-man rotation due to an extremely injured team.

Despite that, the night was all about Doncic, who registered a +45 in on/off rating in his 25 minutes of action – showcasing his overall dominance in a game that was never in question for Dallas.

Doncic is a legitimate MVP candidate in his second season, and his per-game numbers bear that out: 29.5 points, 10.7 rebounds, 9.3 assist and 1.2 steals in 35 minutes a night.

Luka is delivering these staggering performances while putting forth a 61.2 percent true shooting percentage with a massive 34.7 percent usage rate, which shows that the Mavs are running pretty much everything on offense through him.

While not every game will be this easy for Doncic, Wednesday night’s showing against Golden State certainly was.
