Luka Doncic stepped up big time for the Dallas Mavericks, banking the game-winning triple over the Boston Celtics on Tuesday.

With less than seven seconds left in the fourth quarter and the scores tied at 107, Luka took his time and let the clock dwindle before launching a triple from the left wing over two Celtics players.

As you can see, Luka Doncic showcased his tremendous calm and preposterous poise under pressure before hoisting the smooth-looking jumper.

This 110-107 win pulled the Mavs to 15-15 on the season, just a few games shy of the Denver Nuggets and Golden State Warriors. It also pushed the Celtics down to 15-16 on the season, which is tied for eighth in the East.

This latest big-time shot for Doncic continues the trend for the Slovenian point guard, as he has quickly become one of the most clutch players in the NBA along with Damian Lillard, Devin Booker, LeBron James, Jimmy Butler and Trae Young–among others.

Doncic is having a spectacular season and was just named to the starting backcourt of the Western Conference All-Star team, marking the second straight All-Star Game in which the Mavs phenom has started. This year, he will share the ball with the Stephen Curry after playing alongside James Harden last year.

For Doncic, 2020-21 has been an extremely productive season. After making the All-NBA First Team last season and leading the Mavs to an impressive 43-32 record and the single-best offensive season in NBA history, he is averaging 28.8 points, 9.3 assists and 8.6 rebounds per game.
