It looks like Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic has already been playing too many video games now that the NBA season is on hold.

The NBA suspended the 2019-20 season on Wednesday after Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert tested positive for the coronavirus. Jazz All-Star shooting guard Donovan Mitchell has it as well, but Mitchell and Gobert were the only two players on Utah to test positive:

The NBA has told its players to stay inside and not leave their designated city. That means Doncic should be staying in Dallas.

The Mavs' new franchise star is only 21 years old. He's not used to staying inside and not being active. This coronavirus outbreak is starting to get out of hand and affecting people's daily lives.

Before the NBA suspension kicked in, Doncic and the Mavs were 40-27 on the season. If the season resumes, the Mavs will be in seventh place in the Western Conference standings.

Luka, who made his first NBA All-Star team this season, is averaging 28.7 points, 9.3 rebounds and 8.7 assists in 54 games for Dallas while shooting 46.1 percent from the field, 31.8 percent from beyond the arc and 75.2 percent from the free-throw line.

Doncic was in the NBA MVP race alongside Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James and Milwaukee Bucks reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo.

No one knows if the NBA season is going to start back up again. Dallas fans are hoping it does because they want to see Doncic and fellow All-Star Kristaps Porzingis perform on the biggest stage in the NBA playoffs.
