Los Angeles will turn to young left-hander Julio Urias for the second game of the series. Urias has steadily shown his value in just his first full season in the starting rotation. I'm predicting that this result will be very similar to the one we saw in the first game of this series. The Dodgers will send out yet another electrifying arm and the Phillies struggles on the road this season will likely continue. Urias has been so good for Los Angeles and his consistent ability to keep guys off base and keep the ball in the park makes his success sustainable. Eflin, on the other hand, hasn't been so good lately. His 0-4 record over his last five starts has to be alarming and we shouldn't expect him to improve in a start against the red-hot Dodger lineup.
