Young's speed was evident in the final round, and Tatum knew he wouldn't be able to beat the Hawks rookie in that aspect. Young was about to seal the win with a 3-pointer, but the Celtics' sophomore forward banked in a shot from midcourt.

The All-Star weekend has been good to Tatum this year. He was part of Team USA that beat Team World 161-144 in the Rising Stars Challenge Friday night.

The Skills Challenge began when the Denver Nuggets' Nikola Vucevic went up against the Orlando Magic's Nikola Jokic. The former won convincingly.

Then it was Tatum who went up next. He beat Memphis Grizzlies veteran guard Mike Conley.

Young went against De'Aaron Fox next and was able to steal a come-from-behind win.

The Dallas Mavericks' Luka Doncic edged Rising Stars MVP Kyle Kuzma of the Los Angeles Lakers in the final match of the first round.

Then Tatum ousted Jokic and Young eliminated Doncic in the semi-finals.

Young has been very accurate throughout the event, committing minimal errors and missing just a few shots. He was pretty much in the lead in the Finale, before Tatum hit the half court shot.
