The NBA world is visibly in major suspense, now at a stalemate after doling out $3 billion in the first few hours of free agency. The remaining free agents are awaiting the domino effect that will come with Kawhi Leonard's decision, one ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski was told will come later on Wednesday or on 4th of July:

“I was told to not expect a decision until at least later today, possibly tomorrow on July 4,” Woj told Mike Greenberg during Wednesday's iteration of “Get Up.”

Wojnarowski also mentioned that Leonard has already met with the LA Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers, and both organizations have been informed by Leonard's camp that he wants no noise coming out of those meetings.

To break that pact by any means could cost them a superstar player going into next season.

Leonard will likely meet with the Raptors soon, but that warning shot will likely not need to be fired, as the organization he called home for the past year is already aware of how he likes to handle business.

This is a three-horse race between the Raptors, Lakers and Clippers, but it's likely to be crickets until Leonard announces his decision.

If Kawhi Leonard leaves the Raptors, it could cause a chain reaction of other players leaving soon after, as the likes of Kyle Lowry, Marc Gasol and Serge Ibaka only have a year left on their respective contracts and will likely not be enough to make another run at the title. Danny Green will also likely head elsewhere.
