Cris Carter now says Kawhi Leonard won't make his free agency decision on Friday. Earlier in the day, Carter reported Leonard could make his decision today.

Cris Carter has been consistently plugged into Leonard’s camp. During his playing days in the NFL, Carter was represented by Mitch Frankel, who represents Leonard at the moment:

Kawhi Leonard is deciding between either re-signing with the Toronto Raptors or joining the Los Angeles Lakers or Los Angeles Clippers. The Raptors can offer Leonard the most money in free agency and a fifth year on his deal. The Lakers are hoping Leonard chooses them so they can have a lethal Big 3 of Kawhi Leonard, LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

Throughout the regular season, the Clippers were always believed to be the front-runner to land Leonard. That buzz has changed ever since Kevin Durant agreed to a deal with the Brooklyn Nets and Jimmy Butler got a sign-and-trade deal to head to the Miami Heat. Some believe Leonard doesn't want to go to the Clippers without another star.

The Raptors don't have a lot of selling to do to Leonard. They already showed this past season they can build a championship roster around him and manage his health during the regular season.
