NBA legend Charles Barkley is known for his strong opinions on basketball and pretty much everything else. In his latest missive, Barkley picked two sleeper teams that could win the 2020 NBA title.

Speaking with Mike Greenberg and Jay Williams, Barkley believes that the Philadelphia 76ers or the Portland Trail Blazers may have a chance at winning it all.

Charles Barkley wasn't able to share his reasons for why the 76ers have a good shot. But for the past few years, the Brett Brown-coached squad have been serious playoff contenders. They've made it to the Eastern Conference Seminals two straight years.

Meanwhile, for the Blazers, Barkley believes that Jusuf Nurkic and Zach Collins are the x-factors that would propel the Trail Blazers to a title. The big men have been nursing injuries but reports reveal that they're inching closer to a return.

“But if they get Nurkic back and Zach Collins, nobody is going to want to see the Portland Trail Blazers”

Barkley noted that the Blazers arguably have the best backcourt duo in the league in Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum. On top of this, big man Hassan Whiteside had been playing relatively well before the suspension of the season. All these things considered, Barkley has a good feeling that Portland could represent the West and eventually win it all.

Barkley's opinions may raise eyebrows. But that's exactly what he does. Most critics believe that LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers snag that Larry O'Brien trophy. But Barkley seems to believe that in the NBA, anything is possible.
