It's that time of the year again! It's that time when many make unreasonable predictions for the NBA Playoffs. But all's fair in love, war, and basketball. So even if Dwyane Wade and Shaquille O'Neal made a pretty biased assessment, that's par for the course.

On NBA on TNT on Tuesday, Wade and Shaq were asked to pick the dark horse in the Eastern Conference when the postseason tips off. And—surprise, surprise—Wade picked the Miami Heat. A homer? Or an objective observer? While Shaq mentioned the Washington Wizards, he didn't actually disagree with Wade's Heat call, so we assume he also likes the Heat.

After all, it should be a no-brainer for the two NBA legends since they teamed up to give the Heat their first NBA title in 2006.

As Wade said, the Heat should be an automatic pick since they're the reigning Eastern Conference champions. While the team hasn't looked as great as last season, coach Erik Spoelstra and his boys have always turned it up when it matters. No one expected the Heat to go to the NBA Finals last season, and the story could be eerily familiar this campaign.

Shaq is a big fan of Heat star Jimmy Butler, so it's safe to say The Big Diesel would want the South Beach squad to succeed.

But it wasn't all deep analysis for Wade and Shaq on Tuesday. Shaq asked fellow host Adam Lefkoe who should get the first piece of cake between him and Wade. Seemingly intimidated, Lefkoe chose the Hall of Fame center.

Sorry, Dwyane Wade.
