There is no way to answer the GOAT debate without upsetting a large portion of fans. Michael Jordan was almost undisputedly the greatest before the emergence of LeBron James, who has made the conversation much more interesting after winning three championships and amassing stats that few have ever matched.

His Airness recently released a new commercial regarding the impossible question of which player is the greatest, but with a twist; Jordan is weighing the decision between two future Hall of Fame quarterbacks, not basketball players.

The Sunday Night Football account tweeted out its new commercial featuring Michael Jordan with the tagline “How do you settle the debate over who is ‘The Greatest of All Time'?” immediately intriguing viewers.

While most people immediately assumed Michael Jordan was ready to defend his legacy, the commercial takes an unexpected turn and cuts to shots of Tom Brady of the New England Patriots and Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers.

What makes the commercial even better is the similarities between the duos.

Brady and Jordan have won more rings than their main competitors, but it is undeniable that James and Rodgers are once-in-a-lifetime talents who have the ability to challenge the two legends for the supreme spot.

While we never got to see a Michael Jordan-LeBron James matchup on the court, viewers can tune in to a Brady Rodgers duel on Nov. 4th when the Packers visit New England.

No matter the outcome of this regular season game, one thing is certain, the GOAT debate will continue for years to come for all four athletes.
