We have another Game 7 on our hands. On the brink of elimination, the Boston Celtics pulled off a gutsy Game 6 win on the road against the Milwaukee Bucks. Jayson Tatum's brilliance helped the men in green escape the clutches of defeat. Now, they have a chance of going back to the Eastern Conference Finals after 4 years.
Speaking to reporters after the win, Marcus Smart had extreme confidence in the Celtics taking the win at home. Why? Because, according to him, playing a Game 7 on the road at TD Garden is a scary thought for their opponents. (via Keith Smith)
āIt's gonna be loud. It means a lot. I just know that being on the road, in Boston, for a Game 7, that's not a place you want to be.ā

Boston sports fans are some of the most passionate fans in the country. Playing a Game 7 against their heated rival at home will surely fire up these fans. A loud crowd will always benefit the home team, and the Celtics are banking on that to help them overcome the defending champions.
It's certainly not going to be easy, though. Despite the Celtics' win, Giannis Antetokounmpo made sure to do everything to make life hell for his opponents. His 7-1 record in elimination games also looms large over the home team. If he gets just 80% of his Game 6 performance, it's going to be grueling.
After a rough start to the Celtics' season, they're now one win away from the Eastern Conference Finals. They have one chance to achieve greatness, and it starts with finishing off the defending champions at home.
