The Brooklyn Nets have a lot of questions to answer regarding their roster, with perhaps the biggest being Spencer Dinwiddie. It appears that Dinwiddie is likely set to hit free agency and command big money from a number of teams across the league. Well, Nets general manager Sean Marks spoke about Dinwiddie, and his answer seems to signify that his time in Brooklyn has reached its conclusion.

Interesting comments here. The Nets have a lot of roster decisions and paying Dinwiddie big-time money would make things that much more complicated. However, perhaps Dinwiddie doesn't end up getting the money he thinks he will and comes back to Brooklyn after all.
Dinwiddie should have a vast market, but there are a ton of guard options in free agency, with Lonzo Ball and Kyle Lowry as just a few options who will command more money than Dinwiddie.

So, it looks more and more likely that Dinwiddie is headed elsewhere for the 2021 NBA season as the Nets have other problems to figure out on their roster, including bringing back Blake Griffin and a few others.
NBA free agency is almost here, so stay tuned to see what happens with Dinwiddie and if he comes back to the Nets or not.
