The Chicago Bulls take on the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday and starting point guard Kris Dunn is questionable to play.

Dunn suffered a back injury on Monday against the Milwaukee Bucks after landing hard on his rear. He didn't practice on Tuesday, according to head coach Jim Boylen.

If Dunn can't play against the Grizzlies, Ryan Arcidiacono would get the start for the Bulls at point guard.

In his second season with the Bulls, Dunn has failed to impress. The 24-year-old is averaging 11.7 points, 4.2 rebounds and 6.5 assists per game while shooting 43.4 percent from the field, 33.9 percent from beyond the arc and 78.4 percent from the free-throw line.

Bulls vice president John Paxson said last week the organization is still evaluating Dunn. The rugged defender has a club option worth $5,348,007 for next season. There have been reports that the Bulls might bring in a veteran point guard over the summer to push Dunn.

Chicago is 13-44 on the season, 13th place in the Eastern Conference standings. In a rebuild season, the front office for the Bulls wanted to see growth from Zach LaVine, Dunn, and Lauri Markkanen, the three players the franchise acquired from the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Jimmy Butler trade. LaVine and Markkanen have been great this season, but Dunn hasn't, and his long-term future with the Bulls is in question now.
