Dallas Mavericks forward Kristaps Porzingis is a full-go for training camp and for the season after recovering fully from ACL tear.
Mavs head coach Rick Carlisle said that Porzingis has completed his rehab, while KP himself confirmed that he's 100 percent healthy.

Kristaps Porzingis told us he's healthy and ready to go. "I feel great. In my mind I always wanted to come back when I was 100 percent. I didn’t want to halfway do it – maybe I’m good, maybe I’m not so (good). So I made sure I'm 100 percent healthy." @dallasmavs #Mavs @NBA

Kristaps Porzingis hasn't played in an NBA game since he tore his ACL back in February 2018, when he was still with the New York Knicks. The Latvian star then made it clear that he no longer wants to play for the New York franchise, which led to his eventual trade to the Mavs before the February 2019 trade deadline.
Dallas is optimistic that Porzingis, along with Luka Doncic, will lead them to success over the next couple of years. It is unclear how good Porzingis will be this 2019-20, but the last time he played at full strength, he averaged 22.7 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.4 blocks, and 1.2 assists per game. He also shot the ball well, with a close to 44 percent clip, including 39 percent from beyond the arc.
Since he hasn't played in the NBA for almost a year, he's expected to be a little rusty. However, the Mavs also knew this right from the beginning, and they aren't going to rush him to produce stellar numbers.
The Mavs are aiming to make the playoffs this year, and with a bunch of rising stars leading the way, it wouldn't be a surprise to see them snag one of the lower seeds in the loaded Western Conference.
