In true millennial fashion, Dallas Mavericks rookie sensation Luka Doncic put out a meme to explain his outside shooting.

Via Twitter, the 19-year-old tried to explain the difference between open three-pointers and step-back three-pointers. Can you explain what it means?

But for those who followed his career in the EuroLeague, it's a move he's been using ever since his young days with Real Madrid. Now averaging 19.5 points, 6.6 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game and is shooting 37.6 percent from 3-point range. As early as now, the former EuroLeague MVP is a favorite to win Rookie of the Year honors. Furthermore, there are plenty of analysts who predict him to be the face of the NBA very soon.

With All-Star Weekend inching closer each day, fans have been voting for him to participate in an event regularly reserved for star veterans. While many view the All-Star Game as somewhat as a popularity contest, and rightly so, that Doncic has earned All-Star consideration as a rookie is a credit to his talent and star power. As of this writing, he's second in the West for Frontcourt All-Star Voting.
