One Dallas Mavericks fan has nearly had enough with the NBA franchise. However, Mavs owner Mark Cuban decided to respond to the frustrated supporter on Twitter
Writing a letter expressing disappointment in moves (or the lack thereof) made by the franchise following their 2011 NBA championship, Twitter user Jatinder Singh details specific grievances with the Mavs' direction. He singles out issues like poor talent identification in multiple drafts; failure to sign big-time free agents; and seemingly “wasting” cap space following the Kristaps Porzingis re-signing.
Singh offered potential solutions to his grievances, including improving in draft evaluations and signing role players to help rising stars Porzingis and reigning Rookie of the Year Luka Doncic — the two cornerstones of Dallas' rebuild.

It takes talent, perseverance and a lot of luck.” The “Shark Tank” investor and software billionaire also thanked the fan for their continued support and reiterated that the Mavs front office is constantly attempting to pitch to free agents and build around their best players.
Cuban lastly added that he'd give free tickets to a game to the aggrieved fan.
This offseason hasn't gone too well for the Mavs despite locking in one-time All-Star Porzingis to a five-year max deal. They retained forward Dorian Finney-Smith to a three-year deal, signed center Boban Marjanovic to a two-year contract, and inked Maxi Kleber to a four-year deal. Dallas also has J.J. Barea and Seth Curry returning to the team.
