With the core of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green expected to be back healthy in the coming season, many believe that the Golden State Warriors are heading back to title contention. But general manager Bob Meyers isn't resting on his laurels. For him, the team needs one more key addition to boost the Dubs' chances.
Per Marcus White of Yahoo Sports, Myers believes that the presence of veterans, not just of Curry, Thompson, and Green, are imperative in the Warriors' quest for another title.

The Warriors have the second pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. Analysts strongly believe that they will insert this pick into a trade package in exchange for an experienced set of players. Some even say that they might chase another big star to fortify their core.
The Warriors front office pretty much knows how to build a championship team. Back then, they had a pretty solid veteran group featuring Andre Iguodala, Shaun Livingston, David West, Leandro Barbosa, Marreese Speights, Andre Bogut, among others. A group of veterans — who knows the ins and outs of NBA basketball — is as important as the team's star players.
Given this mindset, Warriors fans should expect their team to make some key moves this offseason.
