Kendrick Perkins says his former Oklahoma City Thunder teammate Kevin Durant wasn't surprised the Golden State Warriors downgraded the severity of an Andre Iguodala injury during the 2018 NBA Playoffs.

Durant returned from a calf injury during this past postseason only to rupture his Achilles tendon in the most critical of situations — Game 5 of the Finals against the Toronto Raptors.

Durant would leave the Bay Area and sign with the Brooklyn Nets this summer alongside All-Star pal Kyrie Irving. Following Durant's two injuries during the playoffs and his subsequent departure, people are questioning the professionalism of the Warriors' medical staff and the organization as a whole.

Iguodala was sidelined for six games during the 2018 postseason with a bone bruise but still managed to return and contribute in the 2018 Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
