As the Golden State Warriors prepare for the NBA Finals, star point guard Stephen Curry has made it very clear he doesn't care about anything else other than winning. During NBA Finals Media Day, Curry was asked about winning the Finals MVP, and he said he's going to do everything to help his team win without worrying about being awarded for it.
Stephen Curry: "I'm going to play aggressively, confidently to help my team win. … Whether that means I'm Finals MVP, who cares?"

Curry appears to be healthy again, and his game is showing it. Even though he is still an above average basketball player at 75 percent health, when he is fully healthy it's a different story.
In Game 7 against the Houston Rockets, Curry did most of his damage in the third quarter but finished the game with 27 points, 10 assists, and nine rebounds.

In one game against the Cavaliers this year, Curry put up 23 points shooting 53.3 percent from the field. If the Warriors can get that type of performance every game from Curry they are going to be in good shape.
Curry also knows the Warriors are going to have their hands full, and after Game 7 he talked about how he is sick of the bashing of LeBron James teammates.
“I hate when people say that,” Curry said. “Like it’s — they’re NBA players, and yeah they’re new and what-not and ‘Bron is amazing, he played an unbelievable playoff run to date and has willed his team to his eighth straight Finals and all that, which is unbelievable to think about the consistency and the longevity and just the level of greatness that he’s shown in the Eastern Conference….It was an amazing performance, but don’t disrespect the other guys out there. They fought hard too.”
