The Golden State Warriors ran away with a convincing 114-91 victory over the San Antonio Spurs at the AT&T Center on Tuesday. Stephen Curry once again led the way with a game-high 32 points on 11-20 shooting from the field in just 32 minutes. Infallible mathematical skills say he scored one point per minute.
The Warriors dominated the Spurs almost the entire game. With the result already decided as early as the third quarter, coach Steve Kerr initially decided to rest Curry and Draymond Green in the final frame. But the two veterans were re-inserted later on even with the lopsided score.
After the game, Kerr admitted fielding in Curry and Green again was not a strategic move but more of doing it for the fans.
Steve Kerr on reinserting Curry/Draymond up 19 in the middle of the fourth quarter tonight: "I had heard so much from our fanbase the last couple days, I figured I should put them back in the game to keep them happy."

Green finished with six points, seven rebounds, and 11 assists, atoning for his embarrassing crucial blunder against the Spurs on Sunday, hoisting an ill-advised three-pointer that ultimately cost them the game. He also played 32 minutes on Tuesday.
After the win, Kerr once again lauded Curry for another incredible performance (via ESPN).

“This is the best I’ve ever seen him, just from a confidence and strength standpoint, and that’s saying something, obviously. Two-time MVP. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him look better.”
The 32-year-old Curry, meanwhile, has brushed off questions about getting his minutes managed to around 35 a game, even joking about his Kerr's quip.
Steph Curry said he "100 percent" feels how engaged Warriors fans are in this season, despite the lack of in person interaction. Said he saw this Kerr joke tonight: "Little stuff like that, it's fun. That's what this business is." https://t.co/cw2VyG2Llu

Before their latest win over the Spurs, which brought their record to 13-12, Stephen Curry was averaging 29.6 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 5.9 assists in just under 34 minutes per outing.
He can tip his hat to the fans for affording him more floor time on Tuesday.
