When it comes to basketball IQ, Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green believes it's not something everyone in the NBA has.

While many on social media mock certain players for their stat lines or occasional airballs, the reality is every player in the league plays at a very high level — after all, you have to be extremely good to even be the worst player in the NBA.

However, that doesn't necessarily mean every player has basketball IQ.

They could be talented, they could have size and they could have athletic gifts like no other player. But when it comes to making the right play or having the awareness to make a game-clinching decision, it's something only a portion of the NBA can do.

As far as Green is concerned, only less than 60 percent of NBA players actually have that next-level basketball IQ.

“Number one, not only do I think there's not many guys that have that next level basketball IQ — there’s not many guys that have a basketball IQ in the NBA,” the Warriors star said in a recent appearance on The Pat Bev Podcast. “You’re talking less than 60 percent of the NBA.”

Draymond Green is not one to shy away from giving his unfiltered opinion and that's especially the case when it comes to praising Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James, who he believes has that next level basketball IQ especially for a guy of his size and athleticism.

No prizes for guessing whether Green believes himself to have that next level basketball IQ.
