French gymnast Samir Ait Said took everyone’s attention in the last way he would have wanted when his routine ended up with his palm on his face after seeing his leg brake upon landing.

The scene was very much reminiscent of what happened to Paul George two years ago during a Team USA scrimmage.

George immediately took to Twitter to express support for his fellow Olympian. But his gesture doesn’t end there, per Jeff Zillgitt of USA Today Sports.

Such a classy move from Paul George, and it perfectly embodies what the games are all about. This incident also adds up to the significance of his journey as it allowed him to be present for another athlete who suffered the same injury as him.

There’s no doubt that his support will go a long way for Said as not a lot people have gone through the same ordeal and eventually made a successful comeback.
