Jalen Green injury status vs. Clippers

All of the signs heading into this game point to Green making his first start in a Suns uniform against the Clippers, and he is indeed ready to go. He has already been upgraded to “available” on the NBA's official injury report for Thursday.
Suns head coach Jordan Ott also said that Green is “good to go” for the Rockets game, per Hayden Cilley of ClutchPoints.
Green sustained a hamstring injury before the start of the season, forcing the guard to miss the first eight games of their season. In that time, the Suns have gone 3-5 to start the new campaign.
Green is the other centerpiece of the fateful Kevin Durant trade between the Suns and the Houston Rockets. Green is one of the more promising young stars in the league. He was drafted by the Rockets with the second overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
In his last season with the Rockets, Green had a bit of a breakout year. The new Suns guard averaged 21 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game. Green also shot 42.3 percent from the field and 35.4 percent from 3. He was a key cog in the Rockets' magical run as the second seed in the Western Conference.
Green was traded to the Suns this offseason for Kevin Durant. The electric guard will join Devin Booker in the backcourt to form an intriguing lineup, to say the least.
