Producing and creating short videos that break down the game for ESPN while running Kobe Inc., Kobe Bryant has been quite busy during his first year of retirement. But Bryant isn't just focusing on his business and creative ventures. He is also continuing to give back to the community via his charity, the Kobe and Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation.
To help support his foundation, Bryant has partnered with eBay for Charity to auction off a pair of his signature Nike shoes, the Kobe IX EM in a Lakers‘ colorway. Bryant autographed the shoes and a 100 percent of the proceeds from the auction will go his foundation.

“My love for sneakers and the Lakers come together in these Player Edition Elite Low 9's I am excited to sell on eBay for Charity” Bryant said via the auction. “The purple and gold color way represent my love for the game and the city I call home. The proceeds will go to my organization, the Kobe and Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation, to help improve the lives of youth and families. I hope you can join me in supporting this initiative, and bid on an exclusive pair of my personal kicks!”
You can already start bidding on Bryant's shoes and the auction will officially end on April 20.
