The Los Angeles Lakers officially signed their #2 overall draft pick Brandon Ingram on Tuesday morning. It was announced by general manager Mitch Kupchak.

Ingram is the Lakers' most anticipated young player to watch for next season, and today marks the beginning of a new dawn in Los Angeles.

Ingram averaged 12.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in the 2016 Las Vegas Summer League games against peer level competition, and he was also selected to play against Team USA on the USA Select Team roster.
