LeBron James' first season with the Los Angeles Lakers has been an unmitigated disaster, to say the least.
Not only have the Lakers failed to put a second star alongside of James thus far, but barring a miracle, Los Angeles is probably not even going to make the playoffs.
In the midst of the tumultuous 2018-19 campaign, James has placed some blame on his teammates, mainly targeting the young players and questioning their desire.
Now, a Western Conference executive is calling the three-time champion out for throwing people under the bus:

Dude, don't do that; you're hurting yourself. The best thing he can do is tell everybody, ‘My guys have been great, I can do better, and we need to continue to improve as a team.' He hasn't done that. Instead, he's throwing people under the bus.”
This is not the first time that James has taken public shots at teammates, as he also had a bit of doing it during his second stint with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
However, this time around, it is falling on deaf ears, as the Lakers are 30-35 and have gotten even worse since James returned from a groin injury at the end of January.
Los Angeles currently finds itself six games back in the loss column of the eighth and final playoff spot in the West.
