The Los Angeles Lakers are facing a win-or-go-home situation in Game 6 against the Phoenix Suns and could potentially get a gigantic boost with the addition of Anthony Davis, who missed Game 5 with an injury. According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Davis will play if warmups go accordingly.

So, with everything on the line, it appears that Davis should be good to go in front of a wild Staples Center crowd. The Lakers lost Game 1, won the next two, and then lost two in a row to face elimination in the first round, something that LeBron James is not used to throughout his spectacular NBA career.
The Suns are playing with a battered Chris Paul as he deals with a shoulder injury, but the Lakers are coming off of an embarrassing 30-point drubbing in Game 5 on a night where nobody showed up except for LeBron.

Having Davis in the lineup would provide a huge boost, although it remains to be seen how effective he will be or how long he can tough it out in Game 6 as he deals with another nagging injury.
