After a slow start to the 2016-17 NBA season, Brandon Ingram showcased his potential following All-Star break where he averaged 13.2 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.5 assists. While Ingram's name was brought up in trade rumors, President of Basketball Operations Magic Johnson and general manager Rob Pelinka declared him as ‘untouchable.'

With Ingram drawing comparisons to Kevin Durant, he has been working on his shooting form to improve on his 40.2 percent shooting from the field and 29.4 percent shooting from three during his rookie season. Along with Ingram's shooting, it appears he has also added some weight in preparation for his sophomore season.

Heading into the new season, Ingram is looking to take the next step in his development and show his All-Star potential.
