Kyrie Irving on the Lakers would be one of the most intriguing partnerships in the NBA if it ever did happen. On paper, the talent between him, LeBron James, and Anthony Davis would be insane. Irving would also fit better than Russell Westbrook on paper, thanks to his shooting from the outside.

However, as with most things Kyrie, the issues stem from his penchant for off-court drama. His complicated history with LeBron in Cleveland leaves a big question mark on their relationship. Add to that Irving's seemingly bad track record in locker rooms, and this move could blow up in the Lakers' face quickly and messily.

Still, Irving's talent and fit with the Lakers should be enough for the team to make a good push for him. Who knows? Maybe they'll disprove Draymond and knock out the Warriors en route to a championship.
