When you're one of the best players in the world, every little move you make is analyzed.

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has experienced this scrutiny for years already. On Tuesday afternoon, it happened yet again.

James was caught distancing himself from his teammates midgame, sitting a full three seats away from his team while on the bench.

Michael Lee of The Athletic captured the shot, simply captioning it “Sheesh”:

This photo will more than likely be totally overblown. People will say that James has already given up on his team. They'll say he's sulking because Anthony Davis is still not wearing purple and gold. They'll say this shows that he is no leader.

Realistically, James probably needed a little space during the worst loss of his career.

The Indiana Pacers drubbed the Lakers by 42 points, and James has never lost by that much. To add insult to injury, the Lakers are almost completely healthy, aside for Lonzo Ball.

They should never lose a game by 40 points to any team, especially one missing their best player.

James knows all this already. He also knows that there is still half a season left to play. It is much too early to count out most teams from the playoffs just yet, especially one with LeBron James on it.

The team will look to rebound Thursday when they match up against their rivals and one of the hottest teams in the league in the Boston Celtics.
