With the playoffs in sight, the Los Angeles Lakers faithful are now beginning to feel a little bit worried about their team potentially missing out on the postseason. However, one such supporter that does not appear to be on the same boat is Lakers legend Kobe Bryant.
The retired five-time NBA champ recently spoke to Marc J. Spears of The Undefeated and admitted to how limited his knowledge on the current Lakers side is.

I could not tell you who’s in front of them in the standings. I don’t even know that.”
Kobe went on to explain that his lack of involvement with the team is definitely not brought about by apathy or indifference. Rather, it is due to the fact he has been keeping himself extremely busy in retirement.
“Look, between building an entire studio from scratch, hiring a publishing-production company, licensing, building an animation studio, writing the book, between that and coaching my daughter’s team every single day, I have no time,” Bryant said. “I mean I have no time. None.”
Kobe may have already moved on from his career in the NBA, but one thing is for sure — the Mamba Mentality is still in full swing as he is now applying it to the other facets of his life outside the four corners of the basketball court.
