Despite not being able to suit up for the Los Angeles Lakers for the past month due to a lingering groin issue, LeBron James was still able to make a group of home fans ecstatic by simply acknowledging their cheers.

A group of LeBron supporters were seated in the bleachers area of Staples Center during a Lakers game, and they did their best to call the attention of their idol who was seated at the end of the bench.

To their surprise, James heard their screams all the way from the rafters and gave them a gesture of acknowledgment that will remain with them forever.

By simply pointing towards their direction, LeBron already made the day of these die-hard fans. Then again, it could be said that they certainly deserved James' nod given how they were successfully able to make their voices heard all the way from the bleachers.

LeBron has been out for 16 consecutive games now, and unfortunately, there is still no word on his targeted return date.

As a matter of fact, he has reportedly not yet been able to participate in a full practice with the team, which means that a return to the court is not as close as what Lakers faithful might hope for.

Los Angeles notched a much-needed win on Sunday night against the struggling Phoenix Suns, 116-102.

It was only the team's fifth win in 13 January games, and to say that they are currently missing the services of their superstar would be an understatement.
