LaVar Ball heard the news of his eldest son, Lonzo Ball, getting traded from the Los Angeles Lakers to the New Orleans Pelicans in the wrong place, and at the wrong time.

According to Brad Turner of LA Times, LaVar was in the Drew League watching his son LaMelo Ball play when it was announced that the Lakers are sending Ball along with Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart and picks for Anthony Davis.

Now, it is worth noting that when the Lakers tried to trade for Davis back in February, LaVar said that he doesn't want Lonzo to be traded to the Pelicans and that he'd rather see the sophomore guard play for the Phoenix Suns. It will be interesting to see if he will do anything to force New Orleans to trade Zo.

LaVar has been relatively quiet over the past couple of months, as he had to deal with some serious matters involving the Big Baller Brand. However, he has remained confident that when a team gives all his sons a chance to play together in the NBA, they will end up winning championships.

The 51-year-old businessman started to dream big when the Lakers drafted Lonzo with the second overall pick back in 2017. However, the Purple and Gold didn't give his middle child LiAngelo a chance to even join the team last summer. Now, LaVar's plans have officially been ruined.

If there's one thing that people have learned about LaVar though, it's the fact that he's a stubborn man. He will do everything that he can to make sure that not only all his kids make it to the NBA, but that they also play together for one franchise. So he will start dreaming again.
