LeBron James has just recently made his much-awaited debut for his new team. However, with the start of the regular season still around a month away, fans will need to settle for LeBron's Los Angeles Lakers debut on NBA 2K19.
With the release of the highly-anticipated game on Friday, gamers have been busy all weekend. As it turns out, LeBron himself has had a taste of the latest edition of the game franchise, and as expected, he played the Lakers.

This is James' first chance to play with his new teammates on the hardcourt, albeit just in 2K19. He did pick a very apt matchup as well, with the Lakers set to meet up with the Portland Trail Blazers on opening night come October 18.
LeBron James' first taste of taking the floor in the colors of the purple and gold is only a little less than one month away. With training camp set to officially commence within the next few weeks, James will have ample time to familiarize himself with his new team and teammates.
Then again, with the arrival of one of the best players in the game today on a team that has been searching for its own identity, it is likely that it is his teammates that will need to adjust to LeBron's game. This is easier said than done but still remains to be a good problem to have for head coach Luke Walton and the rest of his staff.
