Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James badly wanted to win on Wednesday against the Utah Jazz, and he did everything he can to achieve that even if it means silencing the home crowd cheering for them.

When Russell Westbrook was taking the clutch free-throws that would eventually give the Lakers a four-point lead with 10 seconds left in the fourth quarter, LeBron made sure his teammate wouldn't get distracted. He was caught on video asking the home fans to tone it down so Westbrook can concentrate.

Now that's something you don't see often. After all, who wouldn't want for fans to cheer for them when they are so close to winning? Any home team would want that boost from their fans as they close out games.

However, LeBron James was not risking it. Riding a three-game losing skid entering the contest, they needed to get the win no matter what. Things looked grim for them after Anthony Davis suffered an injury early in the game, so one can understand why James had to make sure nothing would go wrong.

You also have to hand it to James, who carried the Lakers to the 106-101 victory after trailing by eight points entering the final period. LeBron exploded for 33 points, 15 of which came in the fourth quarter to turn the tables for LA.
