It might be weird to see LeBron James in a Lakers uniform in October, but he's already looking forward to donning the iconic uniform. In fact, James took to Instagram to talk up the Lakers white jerseys.
The alternate jersey isn't the only thing exciting LeBron this offseason. His 98 rating in NBA 2K19 drew his attention as well.

The Lakers may have drastically altered the lineup ahead of the 2018-19 season, but don't expect them to make any significant changes to the uniforms.
James even commented on his 2K19 rating of 98, the highest rating of any active player in the game. Many players around the league react with disappointment when their 2K ratings are revealed, but how could James have anything bad to say about a 98 overall rating?
But no LeBron social media post would be complete without the King's signature style. So James finished off his Instagram post with his trademark hashtags and emojis.
LeBron will don the Lakers whites alongside a young roster with tremendous upside. Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma, and Josh Hart will all contribute in big ways this season. LeBron's tasked with finding a way to make things work without a star beside him.
But if the young guns can live up to–or perhaps exceed expectations, James and company may surprise people this year. The Golden State Warriors are still the class of the NBA and heavy favorites to run the table again, but never count out a LeBron James-led team.
