Los Angeles Lakers superstar has long been hounded by critics for pretty much his entire career. The noise got even louder over the past few years, especially following LeBron's forgettable debut season with the Lakers last term. It wasn't too long ago that there were more than a few folks out there that said that James no longer had enough left in the tank.
Well, the criticism hasn't aged well. On his latest Instagram post, James had a special message for all his haters that called him washed:

To be fair, LeBron did looked washed in the photos he posted — washed in champagne, that is.
Article Continues BelowJames pretty much did the unthinkable last season, leading the Lakers to the 17th title in franchise history. It wasn't anything like a free ride for him either, as The King served as his team's talisman both on and off the court.
At 35 years of age, LeBron put up insane numbers: 25.3 points on 49.3 percent shooting, 7.8 rebounds, a league-leading 10.2 assists, and 1.2 steals, while also connecting on a career-best 2.2 triples per game on a 34.8-percent clip. He had such an amazing campaign that he gave Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo a run for his money in this season's MVP race.
James is going to be 36 by next season, and at this point, it would only be logical to think that he is already on his way down. He has, however, just proven that he pretty much defies logic, so needless to say, it would be foolish to make the mistake of counting him out.
