LeBron may be in California now playing for the Lakers, but he’s never going to stop making an impact in Northeast Ohio. If you ask James, he'll tell you this school is much more important to him than the title he brought to Cleveland in 2016 or getting his jersey retired by the Cavs one day. LeBron can relate to a lot of these kids and he wants to make sure their upbringings are better than his.

Once the NBA season starts, James and the Lakers will try and bring banner number 17 to Los Angeles. With Anthony Davis by his side, LeBron has the second star he needs to compete for a championship.

In his first season with the Lakers, James averaged 27.4 points, 8.5 rebounds and 8.3 assists in 55 games while shooting 51.0 percent from the floor, 33.9 percent from beyond the arc and 66.5 percent from the free-throw line.
